This process is 6*5000T corn silo project to supply the 40tph animal feed production line.

Project Description

Grains such as corn is unloaded from the truck down to the feed inlet, dust collectors are equipped to keep the environment clean, and then flow to the pre-cleaner, magnet separator to remove the impurities and iron in the corn and ensure the corn cleanliness. Then flow to different silos one by one after cleaning, chain conveyors under the silo is used to connect the feed plant and transport the corn to the feed plant directly.

Silo projects are usually be installed outdoors, so all silos and conveying machines use standard galvanized steel plate and components easy to replace, maintain, expand and move. Ventilation and temperature testing devices to test the corn quality and ensure qualified corn during the storage period in the silo.
