Process flow

Cattle feed ingredient: cattle feed is generally composed of corn, cotton meal, cottonseed, wheat bran, soy meal, fatten cattle premix feed, baking soda, etc. and the proportion of raw materials should be adjusted according to the different growth stages of cattle.

Final cattle pellet size: φ5.0mm;

Design capacity: 12-15tph;
Process section: raw material receiving section—auto-batching section—grinding section—mixing section---pelletizing & cooling section---packing section.
Total power consumption of complete cattle feed mill plant: 216kw;
