Poultry & livestock feed is a relatively conventional feed variety in feed classification, and refers to general term for food for artificially bred poultry and livestock animals, including livestock feed (pig, etc.), poultry feed (chicken, duck, etc.), ruminant feed (cattle, sheep, etc.), common fish pellet feed (fish pellet feed, etc.). Process flow

Application: for poultry and livestock animal feeds processing.

Raw materials: corn, wheat, sorghum, soy meal, wheat bran, fish meal, bone meal, premix, wheat bran, bone meal, salt, etc.

Final pellet size: 2.5-5mm;

Process section: raw material receiving section----grinding section----automatic batching & mixing section----pelletizing & cooling section----auto weighing and packing section.
Auxiliary equipment: steam boiler (4000kg), air compressor (30kw), electric hoist, truck weighing bridge, etc.
Design capacity: 40tph (3 pellet mill machines);
Total consumption: 1566kw;
