Brief introduction

Poultry feed, the food of farmed poultry. It is one of conventional feeds in the feed classification. Poultry feed plant is systematic solution which used to produce different specification poultry feeds, including pellet feed (φ3-4mm) for broiler chicken, mash feed for layer chicken, and crumbled pellet(φ1.5mm) for chicks/baby chicken. We can provide complete poultry feed plant to meet customer's requires.

Raw materials for poultry feed: corn, wheat, soya meal, oil, limestone, feed additives, etc.

Project Description

The complete production line consists of raw material receiving and cleaning section, grinding section, automatic batching & mixing section, pelletizing and cooling section, packing section. Auxiliary equipment includes steam boiler, air compressor, liquid adding equipment, electric hoist, electrical control system, truck weighing bridge, etc.
