Process flow

Raw materials for pig feed processing: corn, wheat, soy meal, fish meal, bone meal, palm oil, premix, peanut cake.

Pig pellet feed size: 3.0-4.0mm.

Design capacity: 20tph.
The process adopts double 10tph line design, so total plant capacity is 20tph, using two hammer mills, two batching scales and two mixers, two pellet mills and two coolers, and two bagging machines.
Total power consumption: 785kw;
Space size for feed plant workshop: L20m*W18m*H30.5m.
Auxiliary equipment:2T steam boiler, 22kw air compressor, electric hoist, weighing bridge, etc.
