Process flow

Cattle and sheep feeds are ruminant feeds and have relatively low requirements for the aging and conditioning of raw materials. So the pellet mill can be equipped with either single-layer or double layer air conditioners.

Cattle feed ingredient: maize, rape seed, rice polish, vushe, molasses, DORB, lime stone powder, DCP, Dl methionine, L-lysine, salt, coline, toxin/mold, Sodibi carbonate, mineral/vitamin, bigarol, maduramysin, sangrovet.

Cattle pellet feed size: 4.0-10.0mm.

Design capacity: 20tph;
Total power consumption: 785kw;
Space size for feed plant workshop: L20m*W18m*H30.5m.
Auxiliary equipment: steam boiler(2T), air compressor, electric hoist, weighing bridge, etc.

Project Description

This process uses a dual 10tph line design, two hammer mill, two mixers, two pellet mill and coolers, and two packing scales.

Grinding section: 2 sets hammer mill, equipped 2 pre-grinding bins of each hammer mill.

Auto-batching & mixing section: 16 proportioning bins total 300m³,4 batching scales automatically batch ingredients at the same time, with high batching accuracy, and then mix the ingredient evenly by 2 sets mixers.

Pelletizing & cooling section: 2 sets pellet mills & coolers.

Packing section: packing & sewing automatically.
