Process flow

Raw materials for shrimp feed processing: soybean meal, rapeseed meal, cotton meal, wheat flour, yeast powder, fish meal, meat meal, bone meal, premix, etc.

It adopts primary crushing, primary batching and mixing, secondary fine crushing, secondary batching and mixing, pelleting & cooling and final feed packing.

Shrimp feed size: 1.0-2.5mm, similar size, solid and smooth;

Space for feed installation: L22*W17.5*H30m;

Power consumption: 605kw.
