Process flow

The design capacity of this feed plant is 2-3tph. Horizontal design is convenient for transportation, installation, maintenance and disassembly. The equipment can be installed in the workshop, with low investment and easy operation. It is suitable for small and medium-sized feed factory and farms.

Project Description

Raw material receiving & grinding & mixing section

We feed the corn/wheat to the hammer mill for grinding smaller size particles. Meanwhile the power material such as soy meal is fed into mixer directly. The ingredient materials will be mixed evenly by mixer.

Pelletizing & cooling & packaging section

Pellet mill machine (SZLH320 with one layer air conditioner) presses mash feed into pellet feed, and counter flow cooler machine is used to cool the pellet and ensure the feed temperature is available for packaging.
