Process flow

Pig feed is a granular feed processed from protein feed, energy feed, roughage and additives.Raw materials: corn, soy meal, fish meal, wheat bran, oil, whey powder, extruded soya, premix, additives.

Pig pellet feed size: 3.0-4.0mm.

Design capacity: 15tph;
Process section: raw material receiving & cleaning---raw material grinding section--- auto batching & mixing section--- pelletizing & cooling section---final feed packing section.
Total power consumption of complete pig feed plant: 482kw;
Space for feed plant installation: L18m*W12m*H29m
Auxiliary equipment: 2T steam boiler, 11kw air compressor, electric hoist, weighing bridge, etc.
