Process flow

Cattle feed pellet is pressed by pellet machine, and made from quality grains, vitamins, minerals, oil cake, molasses, and other enriching ingredients.

Cattle feed size: φ5.0mm.

Design capacity: 10tph;
Process section: raw material receiving section—grinding section--auto-batching & mixing section---pelletizing & cooling section---packing section.
Total power consumption: 381kw;
Space size for feed plant workshop: L15m*W10m*H24m.
Auxiliary equipment: steam boiler(1000kg), air compressor, electric hoist, weighing bridge, etc.
