Crumbler

The crumbler is a grinding equipment in the pelletizing section of feed process. It is mainly be used in the grinding of pellet feed, soybean, corn and other soft minerals.

Special pressure rooler tooth shape can meet the requirements of crushing φ0.8mm shrimp feed.

Finished particles after grinding have a beautiful appearance and low powder content.

Equipped with synchronous gap adjustment device.

Two-rollers and three-rollers structure are available.

Features

Triple rollers structure with frequency conversion feeding, feed evenly.
Different roller speed, grind and cut big pellets into smaller ones.
The gap between rollers can be adjusted according to the final particle sizes requirement.
Special roller tooth surface can meet different materials crumbling requirement, good efficiency, with low powder rate.
Roller protection device automatically averts collision when meeting extraneous hard objects to protect the rollers.
