1.Longer cooking and mixing time
Adopting a differential conditioner plus double level jacket insulation, it optimizes the speed of conditioning shaft and the form the blade is installed. The material can be fully mixed and has sufficient long holding time, with better cooking and mixing effect.
2. Higher yield
Improved the speed of ring die based on the characteristics of the shrimp feed, which increases the yield of the device and the quality of feed.
3. Automatic discharging of the machine
Pneumatic discharging mechanism is added in chute feed system. The equipment can realize automatic discharging when it’s blocked or when the main motor is overloaded.
4. Long working life of compression mold and compression roller
The compression mold and roller makes the materials more easily to come into the pressing zone, produces more even feed and more smooth operation.
