Air conditioner is widely used for poultry and livestock feed, fish pellet feed, shrimp feed and crab feed peleltizing in feed industry.

Last-pass contioner to ensure consistent and uniform discharge.

It makes the feed easy to pelletize and shape, and reduces the powdering rate of pelletizing.

Features

The part in contact with the material is made of stainless steel.
The fully open door structure is convenient for adjusting the angle of the blades, ensuring a high filling coefficient of the material in the curing cylinder, consistent quenching and tempering and more uniformity.
Unique steam inlet ensures that the amount of steam added matches the gradient of material temperature rise, guarantees that the material absorbs steam sufficiently and quickly, is not easy to produce condensate water, no steam leakage, so as to avoid the carbonization on material surface caused by direct large amount of steam addition.
Enlarging the volume of the quenching and tempering shaft to prevent the material around the shaft from being thrown away due to centrifugal action when the material is moving in a circular motion, ensuring that all materials can be in good contact with the steam.
