Pre-cleaner: SCQY63*1C, 0.75kw, used to remove the impurities in the materials.
Hammer mill machine: SFSP56*40,37kw, grind the materials into small particles.
Single shaft ribbon mixer machine: SLHY1.0, 7.5kw, mixes the ingredient materials evenly.
Molasses adding machine: for molasses adding into the mixer machine.
Pellet mill machine: 55kw, equipped 1 feeder and 1 layer air conditioner, press powder ingredient feed into pellet feed.
Cooler machine: SKLN15, 1.5kw. Cool down pellet temperature down to room temperature level for packing.
Grading sifter: SFJH100*2C.
Packaging machine: BCP50 bagging machine, 1.5kw. 50kg feed per bag.
Steel structure for the feed plant tower: no need, customer built in local market.
Boiler machine: customer bought in local.
