Feed factory introduction:
This feed factory covers an area of 26702㎡(length 169m, width 158m),including one premix workshop, one biological fermentation workshop, 30tph feed plant workshop and 4*1000T corn and wheat corn silo system, and corresponding warehouses for both raw materials and final finished products warehouse, office building, weighbridge, bicycle canopy, bathroom, boiler room, bathroom, coal yard, laboratory, on-site logistics and fire exits, etc.
The design output is 30tph, including two grinders, four batching scales, two pellet mills and coolers, three bagging machines. Total power consumption is 1053KW. We use 4T boiler machine to supply high temperature steam to feed plant. 2*1000T corn silo + 2*1000T wheat silo system connected to the feed plant directly.
Both feed plant and silo system applied computer full screen control system, automatic batching and packing with high efficient. Complete plant has compact design and reasonable structure.
In addition, the feed factory is equipped with its own laboratory for analysis and inspection of various components of raw materials and finished products. Make sure that the incoming raw materials and finished feeds are qualified. Therefore, the profitability of the feed mill has been very good.
