Brief introduction of complete plant
Complete plant consists of raw materials receiving & cleaning section---auto batching section---grinding section—mixing section---pelletizing and cooling section---sieving & packing section---feed bulk silo section.

Batching scale LCS1.0, 500kg/batch； Hammer mill SFSP56*60, 45kw;
Sing shaft double ribbon mixer: SHW2.0, 7.5kw;
Pellet mill includes 1 feeder and 1 air conditioner: SZLH350, 63.7kw.
Cooler: SKLN15, 1.5kw;
Packing machine: BCP50-00, 1.5kw.
Boiler machine: natural gas fuel boiler 500kgh, 0.7MPa.
Screw air compressor: 7.5kw;
Advantages of horizontal design for animal feed plant:
Considering the height limit in some areas because the rule of local government, customer cannot build several floors steel structure for feed plant tower, so horizontal design is welcome bases on this reason.
We can install main machines on the ground inside the workshop, so no need high steel structure tower but only some support frame, also easy to maintenance in future. This design is suitable for those customers who have existed warehouse/workshop already, no need to build new feed plant tower any more.
