Brief introduction of this production line
The customer has a furniture factory, and wood chips, wood sawdust, wood scraps, etc. are the by-products of the furniture factory, but how to storage and disposal of these by-products has become a very headache for the client.
According to the needs of customers, and combined with the idea that customers do not want to investment too much. Considering the occasional instability of raw materials in furniture factories, we suggested customers to independently produce the coarse crushing section, then working time of coarse crushing section can be arranged freely.
After crushed, the crushed materials as raw materials for the pelletizing, cooling, screening and packaging, etc. it is processed into finished biomass pellets. Besides, electrical control cabinet and air compressor for the machine and complete plant are equipped.
