Brief introduction of the project

The design output of double-line livestock and poultry feed is 20tph, using two grinding lines, one ingredient mixing line, two pelletizing lines and two packing lines.  The process includes raw material receiving & cleaning section—grinding section—auto batching & mixing section---pelletizing& cooling section---packaging section. 

Raw materials receiving & cleaning section:

Separate feed inlet with dust collector for granular and powder materials feeding independently.

Cleaning machine: drum pre-cleaner SCQY90*1C, 0.75kw, 2sets; powder cleaner SCQZ90, 11kw.

Grinding section:

We use two hammer mill machines, and each hammer mill is equipped with rotary feeder and two pre-grinding bins, which can crush different materials at the same time and improve production efficiency. 

Grinding machine: hammer mill SFSP66*80, 110kw, 2 sets.

Auto batching and mixing section:

In this section, it adopts 16 batching bins, two batching scales controlled by batching program working at the same time.

Weighing equipment: batching scale LCS2.0 2000kg/batch and LCS1.0 500kg/batch, batching accuracy: dynamic ≤ 3‰, static ≤ 1‰.

Mixing machine: model SHSJ2.0, 18.5kw, 2 sets.

Pelletizing & cooling section:

Two layers air conditioners pellet mill, and each pellet mill is equipped with two bins to be granulated, which is convenient for changing varieties. After pelletizing, it enters to the cooler, crumbler and screening, and the finished product enters the packing bin.

Pellet mill machine (2sets): SZLH420 110kw; Cooler machine (2sets): 0.75kw;

Final feed packing section:

Auto packed in bags.

Packing machine： BCP50, 1.5kw.
