Details of this project
The project adopts primary crushing, primary weighing and mixing, secondary fine grinding, secondary weighing and mixing, extruding, drying, spraying, cooling and final product packaging, and combined oil adding machine of mixer + extruder + post-sprayer.
- Raw material receiving & cleaning section: use separate feed inlet with dust collector for grain and powder material feeding.
- Drum pre-cleaner: SCQY63, 0.75kw; Powder cleaner: SCQZ60, 5.5kw.
- Coarse grinding section: 4 pre-grinding bins, the variety to be crushed can be changed as needed. 1 set hammer mill SFSP56*40, 37kw.
