Process introduction of complete plant:

Raw material receiving & grinding system---Fine grinding system---Mixing system—Extruding & cooling & spraying system—Cooling & sifting & packing system.

Auxiliary system includes air compressor, steam supplying system, liquid adding system. etc.

Main machines of the floating fish feed plant:

  • Hammer mill SFSP60*60, 45KW, Fine grinder machine SWFL75, 79.75KW;
  • Double shaft paddle mixer machine SHSJ1.0, 11KW.
  • Extruder: single screw extruder AFE100, 55kw.  
  • Dryer: SKGD1000, 16.9kw.
  • Sprayer: LQ700, 3.7kw includes oil tank and pump, horizontal drum structure.
  • Flapper cooler: SKLB12*12, 1.1kw.  

Brief introduction of the complete plant:

Customer wanted to produce high quality extruded floating fish pellet feed in Tajikistan, because high quality extruded fish feed is profitable in local market. Considering the budget limited, the customer prefers to start from small capacity plant in the beginning. We provided the 1tph standard extruded floating fish feed plant, the process with advanced aquatic extruder and dryer machine but not complicated at all.  After the goods arrived at site, we sent two engineers to guide the installation and commissioning,

This plant can produce floating fish feed with different sizes by changing the mold, and the final fish feed is well-proportioned, good color and stable output. Due to the good nutritional content of the formula, the final fish feed is very popular with local farms.
