Process: raw material receiving section—grinding section—batching & mixing section—pelletizing & cooling section ---packing section ---Auxiliary equipment.

Raw material receiving and cleaning section:

This section adopts the separate cleaning of pellets and powder feeding, which has high efficiency of impurity removal, reduces energy consumption, and can reduce the labor intensity of personnel at the same time. Cleaning equipment: initial cleaning screen SCQY63*1C, 0.75kw, powder cleaner: SCQZ60, 5.5kw.

Rapid grinding section:

According to the formula of raw materials, it is equipped with multiple bins to be crushed to meet the needs of crushing different raw materials.

The main equipment of this section: SFSP66*100, 160kw.

Precise dosing ingredients and even mixing:

The batching program can realize accurate fast and slow feeding, with fast batching speed and high precision.  Batching scale model:  LCS3.0, 1500kg/h. 

High uniformity mixer has no residue and is easy to operate and maintain. 

Mixer machine model: SLHS3.0   22kw.

Efficient granulation cooling and sifting section:

This section adopts multiple bins for pelletizing, and the varieties can be replaced for easy switching to achieve high-efficiency pelletizing. The cooling air net can ensure that the pellets can achieve the predetermined cooling efficient, and the efficient and reliable screening system makes the finished product meet the needs of customers and the market. 

The pellet machine adopts 1 frequency feeder and 2 sets air conditioners, total 172.5kw

Cooler model: SKLN25, 15.75kw 

Finished product automatic packaging section:

According to different finished materials, accurate measurement, fast and efficient, high degree of automation, saving labor costs. 

Bagging machine: BCP50,1.5kw.
