Brief introduction of complete plant
This design is post grinding process, saying that batching the materials firstly before grinding. Complete plant includes raw material receiving and cleaning system, automatic batching system (batching scale LCS2.0, 1000kg/batch), grinding system(SFSP56*60, 55kw), mixing system(SLHY2.0,15kw) and packing system(BCP50-00,1.5kw).
For the premix /additives adding, we use feeding trolley to add it into the mixer, reduced the residue of materials and save manpower.
The batching instrument adopts touch screen and English operation interface. It can record the batching set values of 10 different raw materials, convert and control the whole batching process at the same time.
The process is simple and easy to operate, the operation is stable and the equipment is in good condition.
