Brief introduction of this production line:
Two screw conveyor feeders for raw material receiving, one feeder is for grain materials such as corn receiving to the hammer mill for crushing, the other feeder is for powder materials such as soya meal which no needs to be crushed. Crushed corn and soya meal and other materials will be mixed in the mixer machine evenly. Meanwhile, plant oil will be added to the mixer directly during mixing.
After mixing, here we can get the mash feed for layer chicken and it can be packed directly through the outlet of the mixer.
For pellet processing, mixed materials will flow to the ring die pellet mill for pelleting and cooling.
This process design is simple and easy to operate, less investment, small land occupation, uniform particle size and high quality of finished products. It is cost-effective investment choice for small farmers.
